Mumbai, Feb 04: After winning hearts with Khakee: The Bihar Chapter and Special Ops, actor Karan Tacker is back in action, this time shooting in the stunning landscapes of Sonmarg, Jammu & Kashmir. Enchanted by the breathtaking scenery, he couldn’t resist sharing glimpses of his time there on social media.
In a video posted on Instagram, Karan is seen posing amidst snow-covered mountains, embracing the winter magic. “In my lover boy era,” he captioned the post, adding that Kashmir is synonymous with heaven.
But that’s not all—fans have more to look forward to! Karan is gearing up for the release of his highly anticipated paranormal thriller, Bhay. Set to premiere on Amazon MX Player soon, the show is inspired by the real-life story of India’s renowned paranormal investigator, Gaurav Tiwari.
For those unfamiliar, Gaurav Tiwari was a dedicated ghost hunter who spent years uncovering the mysteries of the supernatural. His sudden and mysterious death in 2016—officially ruled as suicide—still raises questions, making his story even more intriguing.
Speaking about his role, Karan shared, “Stepping into Gaurav Tiwari’s shoes has been one of the most immersive and exciting experiences of my career. His life was a blend of science and spirituality, belief and skepticism. His philosophy—‘knowledge cancels fear’—is what drew me to this project. Bhay is not just a chilling exploration of the unknown but also a tribute to a man who dedicated his life to helping others.”
Alongside Karan, Bhay boasts a stellar cast, including Kalki Koechlin, Danish Sood, and Saloni Batra in key roles.
